Traditional fermentation of the grapes on the skins before blending is then followed by four months of aging in stainless steel tanks before bottling.

Description:

Color: Brilliant ruby-red.
Bouquet: Fruity, chocolate, red plums and vanilla.
Taste: Soft tannins, medium body, harmonic and smooth finish.
Alcohol Content: 13%

Ruby-like, bright in color. Fruit forward with red plum and varietal characteristics. Medium dry, medium body and harmonious with a good finish This wine marries two of the classic Bordeaux grape varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon offers character, complexity and longevity, while Merlot adds softer tannins and elegance. Patterned after the same classic blend that distinguishes many fine chateaux of Bordeaux, this superb red wine complements the heartiest foods, especially red meats, barbeque, savory pasta dishes, and pizza.

不知道是不是ajisai喝Cabernet Sauvignon (C.S.)的樣本太少了，總覺得C.S.=大人的味道。帶有巧克力，皮革的味道，尾韻的渋味應該偏重。但是這一瓶C.S.好甜，甜到有一點膩。讓有先入觀的ajisai忍不住把口中含的酒給嚥下去，不想讓酒迫害ajisai的味蕾。說真的，這一瓶到第二天才恢復到ajisai熟識的C.S.味道，但是香味已經飛灰湮滅。把酒喝完，過程喝得蠻痛苦的。。。
